Deciding on a Lifestyle Change
Thursday, July 31st, 2008I finally decided to follow an exercise regimen because I want to be healthy and strong even in my 40s. I think this will keep my body strong even as I age. I want to be able to manage my health well into my 40s and 50s and I really want to be in good health away from high blood, hypertension, diabetes and other related diseases. I would really like to stay away from cancer too.
The exercise regimen is one of the lifestyle changes and I find it difficult to maintain without the support of my family and friends.
